Cheryl ended week number 4 with another 3 pound weight loss!
here's the scoop for those with a slower metabolism and only little to lose


Cheryl weighed in at 135 the first week of Beauty Bootcamp.  
She did not have much weight to lose; her goal was to lose those last 10 lbs that we women always battle with.  She did it with 1 pound to spare!  Of course, the goal now is to lose a total of 15 pounds.  Four pounds to go and 4 weeks to do it in, Cheryl has this in the bag!!  At a slim and toned 124 pounds, I certainly wouldn't want her to weight any less than 120 pounds.

 

Out of all 5 contestants, Cheryl had the slowest metabolism of all!  Her resting metabolic rate was 1358, meaning her body only burns 1358 calories in a 24 hour period at rest.  In order to increase Cheryl's metabolism, her goal will be to continue strength training and add a few pounds of lean muscle to boost her metabolism.  

 

This will allow her to eat plenty of food so she will not have to starve herself to keep her weight off.  As a matter of fact, she should be able to eat more food than ever before in her adult life!  


Cheryl was not the only one in her family excited about Beauty Bootcamp!
After Cheryl was picked as a top 5 Beauty Bootcamp contestant,, her husband thought, it sure would be great to see her in a bikini again (after 3 babies!)  Cheryl had her doubts, it's been a few years since she wore a bikini!

Well, Tuesday, as Cheryl was preparing to go to the beach, I just happened to remember her husbands desire to see her in that Bikini!  I had to ask!!

YES, was the answer to my question!  Cheryl is back into her bikini!

I asked her to bring us pictures of her on the beach in that bikini!!    

          Cheryl???
