Cheryl weighed in at 135 the first week of Beauty Bootcamp.
Out of all 5 contestants, Cheryl had the slowest metabolism of all! Her resting metabolic rate was 1358, meaning her body only burns 1358 calories in a 24 hour period at rest. In order to increase Cheryl's metabolism, her goal will be to continue strength training and add a few pounds of lean muscle to boost her metabolism.
This will allow her to eat plenty of food so she will not have to starve herself to keep her weight off. As a matter of fact, she should be able to eat more food than ever before in her adult life! |
Cheryl was not the only one in her family excited about Beauty Bootcamp! Well, Tuesday, as Cheryl was preparing to go to the beach, I just happened to remember her husbands desire to see her in that Bikini! I had to ask!! YES, was the answer to my question! Cheryl is back into her bikini! I asked her to bring us pictures of her on the beach in that bikini!! Cheryl??? |
